Demat of Shares is the process Taxeto facilitates to convert a company's physical share certificates into electronic form under the Depositories Act, 1996, held through a Depository Participant with NSDL or CDSL. Taxeto coordinates account opening, the Dematerialization Request Form, and verification with the company and depository so shareholding becomes safer, faster, and easier to transfer.
