Overview
DPT-3 Filing is the annual return that Taxeto prepares for companies to report deposits, loans and other outstanding financial liabilities under the Companies Act, 2013. Even where a company has not accepted deposits, Taxeto ensures DPT-3 is filed correctly by 30th June each year, covering the position as on 31st March, to keep the company compliant and penalty-free.
