AOA Amendment
Update your company Articles of Association to reflect revised internal rules, rights or governance arrangements.
Overview
AOA Amendment is the process Taxeto follows to help companies alter their Articles of Association under the Companies Act, 2013 in order to update internal management rules, directors' powers, voting rights, or other governance provisions.
