Startup India Registration (DPIIT Recognition)

Overview

Startup India Registration is the DPIIT recognition that Taxeto helps eligible businesses obtain under the Government of India's Startup India Scheme, unlocking tax exemptions, easier compliance, funding access and IP support. Taxeto manages incorporation guidance, portal registration, and documentation so innovative businesses under 10 years old and below the turnover threshold can gain recognised startup status.

Eligibility

• Entity must be registered as a Private Limited Company, LLP, or Registered Partnership Firm
• Should not be older than 10 years
• Annual turnover should not exceed 100 crores
• Must be working towards innovation, development or improvement
• Should not be formed by splitting an existing business

Process

   Incorporate Business

   Register the business as a Pvt Ltd, LLP, or Partnership.

   Create Profile on Startup India Portal

   Register on the official Startup India website.

   Apply for DPIIT Recognition

   Fill the application form with business details.

   Upload Documents

   Submit required documents and a description of the business.

   Get Recognition Certificate

   DPIIT issues the certificate after verification.
