A Section 8 Company is a non-profit organisation registered under the Companies Act, 2013 for charitable objectives such as education, social welfare, religion or environment protection, and Taxeto helps individuals and groups incorporate one with a professional, credible legal structure. Eligibility

• Minimum 2 directors required
• Minimum 2 members/shareholders
• At least one director must be an Indian resident
• Objective must be charitable or non-profit in nature
